		<description>Dell can&#039;t take anything. Personally, I like HP Computers. Dell probably just sent that as a pre-written whatever thing. Yeah. If you get what I&#039;m saying. Also Apple support is awful. I cannot get songs on my iPod and so i tried support, it didn&#039;t help.</description>

		<description>Their support and quality in laptops are still not any better than what you just described. My friend has sent their laptop in more than 5 times getting replacements for things. Finally he just got a refund of all his money and from what I hear from him the tech support sucks.</description>
