A very nice an simple site, Open Source Windows is a listing of open source software that works on Windows. It is a little subjective as it does not list all open source software, but what has been compiled as their list of the best stuff out there.

Now don’t get all cranky if your favorite title is not listed, as the list is not done yet, and you can expect to see more titles added as time goes by.
