Oh joy of joys… the little tones that used to ring on our phones have officially reached 50 years of age, though they were never sold commercially before around 10 years ago.
They evolved from simple rings to mono classical musics and now even normal music files such as MP3s can be used as them. Is this a good thing?
Well, I miss the days when ringtones were actually melodies and everytime I hear Fifty Cent coming from someone’s cellphone my ears twitch in agony.
