MySpace.com Names Chief Security Officer

While I agree there is some shady stuff going on with MySpace, its sad that they need to hire a former federal prosecutor to watch over a social network.

MySpace.com, the social networking Internet site that is widely popular with young people but has alarmed some parents and law enforcement officials concerned about sexual predators, announced today that it is hiring a former federal prosecutor to be its first chief security officer.

Isn’t there a minimum age limit in place during sign up to remind little kids they are not supposed to be on there?
