Apple almost gave me a heart attack this morning… I open up my computer, start looking through my RSS subscribtions and what do I find? “BootCamp”. Bootcamp is an application that is going to be featured in Mac OS X: Leopard, but there is a public beta available today. Bootcamp burns a CD that contains all the drivers you need for your mac including (drumroll please) graphics. It guides you through the installation and everything.

Have you downloaded and installed already? At first glance, I thought it was an April Fool’s joke. But this is truly earth-shaking!
omg, no!
OMG, indeed! ;) ;) Looks great. Now everyone would want to upgrade to an Intel-based Mac (existing Mac users and PC people, alike).
I couldn’t believe it either! Insane!
have any of you downloaded and installed BootCamp? unfortunately i’m at work and i can’t do anything (PC used at work, my MBP at home :S )…but wanted to hear anything about it!
The most logical thing to happen next, is keyboard producers, rushing to make the first ever Windows/Mac keyboards with both Alt/Control/etc and Option/Command etc.
(and I would buy one)
crap. i think i just peed my pants
@ DaEMoN
Logitech’s Keyboards already do that.
