I doubt this is true considering the cia is running windows, any big inteligence organization ( like the CIA ) would get there own custom and SECURE O.S also im sure that people are not stupid enough to believe random unproven facts. If this article was true id like to see some proof obviously, the writer believes in what he or she is writing.
