New Apple Ad Campaign Debuts

So the basic premise of the campaign, comprised of 6 different commercials, is two guys. One is a mac and one is a PC. My favorite has to be the one where Mr. PC gets a virus.

Anyway, check ‘em out over at Apple.com. Which is your favorite?

Why are Apple always on the offensive when advertising? Every time I see one of their adverts I like them less, they just seem arrogant. Same goes for a lot of Apple users.

Just my opinion, at least.

yea…kind arrogant…
but the ads were still funny. but apple is overlooking the fact with the virus one that there are viruses for the pc because more people use pcs. If macs become more popular than pcs, then there will be more viruses for macs than pcs…um…yeah…

Last time I was in a club in Korea town in LA,
oh, sweet jesus, mother of god..
girls were so hot, I almost wanted to move to that country.

Anyhow, I found the ads really funny.

As I agree with christina and Dt7′s opinon on apple’s arroancy, I think this ad is more about the additude and ‘code’ of Apple, not so
much as in actual list of facts.

Just the way they are: sleek outsider kinda
feel to it.

And people who owns macs are a bit proud of themselves because they are NOT part of the group(windows group) per se.

If mac is as popular as windoes, there is no way safety of mac will be as tight as it is now.

But I like their style.

Whle I won’t own mac only system, if I can spare extra computer, I would love to get mac.

It’s not really a display of Apple’s arrogancy, but the complete opposite: It’s the little guys that always have to prove that they’re better. It’s Pepsi that does all the taste test against Coke; it’s Wendy’s that has to compare the amount of meat in their hamburgers with the Big Mac; it’s iriver that has to show how much more bang per buck their player brings compared to the ipod, etc.

In the computer market, Microsoft (or Dell) has nothing to prove, at least marketshare wise. So it’s always Apple doing the “taste tests”.
