		<description>You actually cannot run direct from a hard drive or flash drive.  The PSP is not a USB host, and most flash drives/usb hard drives aren&#039;t either.

What this does is enable you to play an ISO through a USB connection to your computer.  The instructions help you install a driver on your PC to get it going.</description>
