If you are a web designer/developer, chances are you have been asked to build photo slideshows. One of the easiest way to create those slideshows using Flash has been to use Todd Dominey’s SlideShowPro. The downside to using SlideShowPro has been having to edit the XML files by hand, which tell the SSP component what order the images are in, where to find them, etc.
Todd has just released SlideShowPro Director, a $20 application that lets you manage photos for your slideshow, as well as automatically output the XML files needed for SlideShowPro.
SlideShowPro Director is the easiest way to import, organize, edit and manage your images for SlideShowPro. Simply upload the images you want to display and Director generates all your thumbnails, organizes your images into albums, publishes XML, and provides a full suite of Ajax-powered inputs for complete customization of your content.
