MobilityToday has digged up some pictures of what might be Sony’s next UMPC. Supposedly these will be the specs:

# 7″ touch screen,
# Slide-out QWERTY keyboard,
# Core Solo,
# WAN,
# Biometric sensor,
# Dual cameras,
# “UMPC” with Windows XP Pro (not Tablet Edition)
# 3G Enabled

# Bluetooth/Wifi

I’m not sure of the veracity of the source, but it sure is a nice device that I think should see the light of day. Not that I’d buy one anytime soon, but it looks greater than any of the Origami models we saw a while ago.
