TheForce.net has a link up to an interview with Rick McCallum. He apparently mentions that the entire Star Wars Saga will be re-released on the big screen in 3-D.

Just how many times will Lucas Arts charge us for the same 6 movies? There must be some Star Wars fans out there with three original trilogies:
- The VHS trilogy, the VHS remastered trilogy and the trilogy on DVD. And don’t forget that the remastered trilogy will be released soon on DVD, and probably an HD version soon after that.
This isn’t actually news, and if I recall correctly, Peter Jackson was talking about doing the same thing with Lord of the Rings.
Me says: Let’s wait and see before we call in the bombers.
He will charge “us” as many times as we are willing to pay. Why are you slapping your forehead, no one is forcing you to do or buy anything. If you want to continue watching Star Wars on the original VHS taps, knock yourself right out.
