People have been supporting legacy stuff for too long. 

And I&#039;m not just talking about Windows here. I still see many places using archaic 16bit DOS applications. And why? Lack of funds?

If you&#039;re so poor that you can&#039;t afford the latest and shiniest version of Windows, just start using Linux. Heck, it&#039;s free! And Firefox 2.0 will be released for it!
