People have been supporting legacy stuff for too long. And I'm not just talking about Windows here. I still see many places using archaic 16bit DOS applications. And why? Lack of funds? If you're so poor that you can't afford the latest and shiniest version of Windows, just start using Linux. Heck, it's free! And Firefox 2.0 will be released for it! Frankly, I’m with Mozilla on this one.
