No, this is not an entry from a few years ago, they have released a new U2 colored, black and red, iPod. This time it is the 30GB iPod with video.
Though I don’t know why someone would really prefer this one over the all black iPod that Apple now sells standard these days, but maybe a red click wheel is that one thing that will make you buy an iPod?
So let’s review: red click-wheel, black metal back, “free” 30 minute U2 video — you pay $30 more than the regular 30GB iPod ($329 as opposed to $299). What a steal.
That really does not sound like a deal to me. What do you think? Is U2 worth an extra $30?

1I spent an extra £10 on my U2 Colour iPod.
I thought seeing I will have it for a while I might as well have what I really want.

2Yeah, but wasn’t that back when your only choice for a black iPod was the U2 version?
