Same warning as before apply: there is always a risk in downgrading so if it bricks your PSP don’t hold ForeverGeek, nor the creators, nor PSP-Spot responsible for it.
Not sure what the main reasons are for 1.0 downgrading, if you already have a 1.50 I don’t think you’ll find more homebrew working on a 1.0. Development is all being made for 1.50+.
