In this advertisement, a black woman is violently throttling a white woman, as opposed to the more popular one, which features a white woman threatening a black woman. Many news sites aren’t even mentioning the existence of this companion advertisement. I found it posted on a messageboard by a Dutch member who took the photo himself.
These advertisements have been causing quite an uproar, with many chapters of the NAACP, and even a senator, filing formal complaints against Sony. The avertising campaign was intended for release only in the Netherlands.
