First 5 Issues of ‘52′, Online!

If you’ve been falling behind on the latest in DC Comics after the events of Infinite Crisis, then fear not, because now catching up is easy and affordable. Very affordable. UGO has the first 5 issues of ‘52′ online and completely free. The whole thing is legit, too, with them receiving express permission from DC Comics.

For those who need enlightening, ‘52′ is the new maxi-series following up on the events of the world-shattering Infinite Crisis story arc. All the usual DC titles picked up one year after the end of the Infinite Crisis, with ‘52′, a weekly comic book series, gradually filling in the gap. The comic tells multiple stories from multiple angles simultaneously, giving the reader a very broad view of the DC Universe.

As of this post, ‘52′ has reached issue 14. I’d recommend that if the first 5 issues don’t manage to grab you, then tracking down the other 9 issues won’t be worth your time.
