Also, what should be noted is that this television series will not be associated with the Bruce Timm/Paul Dini animated DC Universe, despite the Legion having made several appearances in their shows, including one as recently as the last season of Justice League Unlimited.

Additionally, Warner Bros actually came into copyright trouble over the name “Superboy”. Due to this, the teenage super-powered Clark Kent who will appear through-out the series will be referred to as “Superman”, despite his age.
