I don't like it more so because the characters kind of killed it to me. I find myself wishing Kira was killed, because he really pissed me off when he pilots the Strike and then later would refuse, by saying that he's being forced into piloting. He doesn't seem to understand that he made the choice and instead of accepting the results he plays himself as the victim. He was also given too much lenience because he could pilot the Strike. I also don't like how Lacus latter on seems to be in the right. She speaks of peace, yet at the same time she helped Kira steal a top secret Gundam and a new model battleship and gets away with it just because she has how many soldiers loyal to her.
