Looks like some of our favourite companies might not be trading stocks on the NASDAQ soon, as both Dell and Novell have been sent delisting notices for delaying some financial paperwork that the NASDAQ requires.

“As anticipated, the letter was issued in accordance with NASDAQ rules due to the delayed filing of the company’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Aug. 4, 2006. Pending a decision by the panel, Dell shares will remain listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market,”

Interesting to think companies as big as Dell, Novell and even Apple have problems staying listed on the stock market.
