I got Windows xp for my psp….Heres how….

Get a USB cable courd and plug it in to your computer…go to http:/www.download.com and type down “Windows xp for psp” click on PSPWXP 1.02 or something like it…download it and open up my documents on your computer and drag the icon onto it and right click and press copy and then open up removable disk (E:) and paste it on there…then once your back on your PSP again go to web browser and type in the address bar
file:/pspwxp/index.htm
and there you go have fun! ^_^

Hey quick problem, I have version 1.50 for homebrew applications (Downgraded).
Now I have ordered a Sandisk gaming 4GB memory stick but according to this site the 4GB stick wont work!

4gb duo sticks on ebay currently go for about $80 total, and retail for about $110. Where in the world can you find duo sticks larger than 4gb? Stick with firmware 1.5, or the recent hacked/patched version of 2.71se from the homebrew community (not the Sony version) that allows you to run homebrew on it.

As the article states, the previous limit is 4 GB. Only if the stick is LARGER than that need you worry about compatibiity.

Hey if you have a 1.5. vers. of the PSP and you purchase a 4 GB memory stick, will it work within that version, or does sony need you to update to work within that space?

I bought a 4.0GB Memory Stick from Sandisk for only $120.00 from Sam’s Club.

Thats how much I payed for a 1.0GB stick like 6 months ago.

If you have around $450, you can get 4 4GB memory sticks, and there you have 16GB of easy to use space…

that is so much cheaper than any microdrive or mods you can do to your psp.

I note the RSS bug introlduced in 2.80 is not yet fixed.

Specifically, indirect RSS feeds are no longer found by the PSP. That is, RSS URLs of the form

http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast.php?id=510070

no longer load.

Other RSS URLs of the form ending with .xml still work.

Please fix this, Sony.
