SOTA’s recent series of toys based on Capcom’s Street Fighter have been nothing shy of magnificent, featuring all the best characters, their alternate outfits and tons of accessories so they can immitate their special moves or opening/ending gags. Definately one of the best toylines to come out in recent memory.

Well, SOTA went and one-upped themselves. A brand new series of Street Fighter toys are on the way, this time featuring articulation up the wazoo. Yes, that’s right, the Marvel Legends-quality articulation in the first series of Street Fighter toys apparently just wasn’t enough.

The new line, dubbed “Street Fighter Beta”, will feature more chisled “anime” sculpts and even greater, more fluid articulation to pull off some truly remarkable poses. And that’s not all, these toys will be made on scale with the previous Street Fighter line so that they will be able to blend in perfectly with collector’s displays.
