One of the reasons I’ve never used Contact’s Synchronization much with my PC and my cellphones is because I’m obligated to use Outlook (in most cases). FinchSync is a free Open-Source Cross-Platform Java application that allows you to synchronize your PDA/Smartphone with Mozilla Thunderbird or Sunbird (which are also free and open-source)

I don’t have the time to test this out today, but it certainly opens up a whole new market of cellphones I never considered because of the lack of this kind of program.
