To celebrate the fact that Windows Vista is finally, after many months of delays, and after every blogger repeated the same Windows Vista delays jokes over and over again. It’s finally done! No more jokes, no more surprises. It’s finished, and if it’s in accordance to what RC1 was, then according to Paul Thurott, Windows Vista will be a great update from Windows XP.
