One of the editors from CRM Lowdown has written a nice article examining superficially the companies that received the best, and worse, ASCI ratings. There weren’t many surprises for me in the best companies, however, I was surprised to see that some companies I think badly of, like Acer for instance, didn’t make it to top 10 worst.

Here are the top 10 Best Computer Companies:

1. APPLE
2. GE
3. TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION
4. GOOGLE
5. SOUTHWEST AIRLINES CO.
6. COX COMMUNICATIONS INC.
7. HILTON HOTELS CORPORATION
8. PAPA JOHN’S INTERNATIONAL, INC
9. THE DIRECTV GROUP, INC.
10. SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AMERICA, INC.

The top 10 worse feature some of the classic worst companies, like AOL and BEST BUY, so not many surprises there. Let’s hope that those companies open their eyes a little to the wonderful world of consumer satisfaction.
