One of the editors from CRM Lowdown has written a nice article examining superficially the companies that received the best, and worse, ASCI ratings. There weren’t many surprises for me in the best companies, however, I was surprised to see that some companies I think badly of, like Acer for instance, didn’t make it to top 10 worst.
Here are the top 10 Best Computer Companies:
The top 10 worse feature some of the classic worst companies, like AOL and BEST BUY, so not many surprises there. Let’s hope that those companies open their eyes a little to the wonderful world of consumer satisfaction.
