So for those interested in the visual direction Michael Bay is taking the Transformers in the upcoming live action film (set for release on July 4th, 2007), you might want to check out these concept boards for Bumblebee. Although they are concept artwork, the designs do match the tangible Bumblebee prop leaked onto the net some many months ago, so it doesn’t look like much has changed in Bumblebee’s appearance from design to implementation.

I have no idea how that robot is supposed to transform into a Camaro, though. So I’ll be surprised to see how Bay makes that work.
