CIPA, the Japanese Camera & Imaging Products Association, which is made out of most of the main camera manufacturers (the Japanese manufacturers) have recently released a study which shows that sales are up by 24% compared to last year’s first three quarters.

I guess that if I weren’t getting a Wii this Christmas I’d probably be getting a DSLR camera instead. What about you? Are you spending your Christmas money on a new console, or on a new Digital Camera?

1PS3 was sold out so I bought a Canon Digital Rebel instead. Actually, I’m kinda glad it was sold out because other I probably wouldn’t have gotten around to getting a dslr for awhile.
