I recently stumbled upon a great resource for all Mac users out there. A list of small applications, most of them free, that you can add to your menu bar. Even if you have a widget for everything you need, I’m certain that there will be one or two of these small programs that will help you out like for example:
Desktopple – Easily hide all of the icons on your Desktop
Gmail Notifier – Display the number of unread messages in your Gmail inbox.
TinyAlarm – Set a simple alarm clock for the near future.
and many, many more…
So if you’re a Mac user, you should pay this site a visit.
