We all knew that this would happen sooner or later, but it seems that it’s happened now. Someone has filled a lawsuit against Nintendo because of all the wrist strap “problems” that some users have been faking reporting.
Nintendo has answered back to this lawsuit saying that the lawsuit is…
“completely without merit.” Nintendo says it has “already taken appropriate steps” to replace the straps and continues to tell idiot excited gamers not to let go of the remote.
All I can say to this is that I’m glad that someone took the time to register wiidonthaveaproblem.com and I hope that they’ll help prove that this lawsuit is just a stupid attempt on trying to make some big bucks, or a day’s worth of fame on the internet. I mean come on… the wrist strap can hold much more than 25 pounds!
