Adobe, the developers of two of the most popular applications for web-designers have recently released the public beta of their upcoming 3rd version of their Photoshop CS series.

To acquire the program, simply head over to the Adobe Labs site, click on the download link, introduce your Adobe ID (yes, you have to register an account, or go to bugmenot), and simply download it.
