Samsung, the world leader in advanced semiconductor technology solutions, has recently unveiled a new type of memory: OneDRAM, which will help increase the processing speed between processors. This sort of memory is ideal for mobile devices or gaming consoles, and Samsung expects that the first products with this new type of memory will arrive during the final half of 2007.

First they introduce flash-based HDDs, now they announce this. I am starting to think that 2007 will be an excellent year for laptops and other mobile devices.
