This product’s description is short and simple. It has 16 USB 2.0 ports, allows you to hook it up to 2 different PCs and switch between them like a keyboard/mouse switch.

While it may not earn any prizes for design, it would certainly make my life a lot easier. Good luck in finding an “American” or “European” version of this.
