Currently, I have three computers. One is from a Mom & Pop computer store. I formatted this one as a dual-boot Win2K and Fedora Core 5. My second computer is a HP Media Center. At first, I was excited because HP makes such a big deal of supporting Linux. Unfortunately, HP only supports Linux on their business systems. With their home systems, the Windows XP disk puts a recovery partition on the HDD. My third computer is a new Gateway laptop. From what I am reading on the web, Gateway's recovery disk does the same partitioning as HP. Hopefully, Dell will start selling laptops without Windows pre-installed.
