Try right clicking on "My Computer", and then select "Manage", and on the Window open up the "Storage" category and click on "Disk Management". See if there is a G drive there, and if you don't recognize it, or don't know what it is, right click it and go to it's properties and select the "Disable this device" option. I'm not sure if that will solve the problem, because I'm merely speculating, but I hope that it helps. I have been trying for 3 days to install Itunes on my daughter's computer. We keep getting same error message downlaod terminated because of an invlaid G drive.
