Try right clicking on &quot;My Computer&quot;, and then select &quot;Manage&quot;, and on the Window open up the &quot;Storage&quot; category and click on &quot;Disk Management&quot;. See if there is a G drive there, and if you don&#039;t recognize it, or don&#039;t know what it is, right click it and go to it&#039;s properties and select the &quot;Disable this device&quot; option.

I&#039;m not sure if that will solve the problem, because I&#039;m merely speculating, but I hope that it helps.</description>

We keep getting same error message downlaod terminated because of an invlaid G drive. We don&#039;t have a G drive as far as I know??</description>
