As if Windows didn’t already have enough versions, Microsoft decided to introduce yet another one. This one is basically the same as Windows Vista Ultimate edition, except that Microsoft claims that it’s signed by Bill Gates himself. And I think that it has the longest name that any operative system has ever had.

So if you’re a fan of Microsoft, or Bill Gates, you can try to acquire this collector’s item for $259.

5Oi… double whammy. Hehe. I was out of my element for a little. I should’ve said Operating System originally.

6I bought Signature edition by mistake. WARNING: SIGNATURE EDITION IS NOT A FULL STAND ALONE VERSION OF VISTA. Signature is only an upgrade for XP. But itâs packaged to look like a full copy of vista. There is nothing on the packaging that in any way warns you that you canât use it without a previous version of windows. Iâm building a brand new system and I donât have XP or any other operating system on it(thats why I bought Vista), so Signature edition canât be installed on it. $259 (plus tax) down the drain. Bill Gates can take his rubber stamp and shove it.

8When it asks you to insert your Windows XP disk, just insert the Vista disk back in and it will install.
