		<description>i don&#039;t think that it will need a tripod. the mechanism with which it increases the sensitivity is unlike the film. the sensors have to be sensitive to the available light. the shutter period may remain the same. amplification of the light can be digital. lot of things are possible with digital cameras not possible with the film.

		<description>Looks good on paper, but if you&#039;re using ISO that high, you will absolutely need a tripod (which no sane person will carry around for a camera that size) or a convenient surface with the perfect angle which rarely comes by.  If not, the picture will be shaky.

Even if the above condition is met, the picture taken will have so much noise that it&#039;ll be useless unless they somehow figured out how to put DSLR sized image sensor into that thing, which I doubt.</description>
