One of the favorite features of Mac OS X is Expose. It allows to tile all windows across the screen at the push of a button.
Once you instal this program, all you need to do is press F9, and all of your opened programs will show up on screen for you to choose whichever you like. Think of it as the ultimate Alt Tab. If you’re playing a video, the playback will continue even on this mode.

I don’t have Windows Vista installed, but if I did I’d be installing this straight away to give Mac users one thing less to brag about, since there’s plenty of things which Mac OS still does better, or more efficiently.
