I did notice the insert coin, so if this is an arcade game I can just imagine how much money he/she had to put into this game. Also. Right below the bosses HP, I noticed the words "Ultra Mode" which could also explain a bit more of its extreme difficulty, however, if this is ultra mode I'd hate to play it on easy mode.
