Despite the delay, the new Apple gadget which will, supposedly, change the way we use our televisions is now shipping. David (not to be confused with our own David Peralty ;) ) ordered an Apple TV a few weeks ago but Apple only billed it recently which means that they should be sending it to him very soon. Here is the talk in question:

If this is indeed true, it wont be long before we start seeing the usual “unpacking ceremony” topics showing up in most tech blogs. If you are interested in acquiring an Apple TV, I recommend you pay your local Apple store a visit and reserve one, because I’m guessing that these things won’t even manage to reach the shelves.
