I think that the job was more complicated and restrictive than he imagined, also I know I'd hate to lose the group dynamic I have grown to love with Bloggy Network, and maybe he missed the one he had at Jupiter Research, but the real question is, can Microsoft ever hope to replace Scoble? Perhaps he just did it for personal reasons, to stay closer to his family or something like that. Maybe he didn’t like their no-iPod-in-the-campus policy ;)
