Nova is a character that has never really gotten enough respect. Primarily because, at first glance, he’s a rip-off of Green Lantern and Spider-Man. In fact, I would imagine that’s how he was pitched back in the day…but regardless, since his debut in the 70s to his current incarnation, the character has gone through several changes. I like Nova. A lot. So I’m very pleased to present this Nova preview thanks to Newsarama.
Nova is coming into his own, and you should check this new series out when it launches next month….

3I just read volume 1 of the Annihilation trade paperback and was impressed. I was a big fan of Nova when I was a kid and caught a glimpse of some art for recent releases so checked out the story. I like the recent treatment of the character and found the writing and art to be quite good. Although still on the fence about putting Nova on my pull list, I’m looking forward to volumes 2 and 3 of Annihilation.
