A Korean brand called Pantech have just announced a new cellphone which will be released under the name Sky IM-S200K (Sky is a brand made of Pantech’s high-end products). This nice looking phone, that will never see the sun rising in America or Europe, comes with some common, and some interesting features.
The common features, like MP3 player, voice recorder and camera are all there (although the camera is slightly outdated by today’s standards with a 1.3 Megapixels CCD). On the other hand, it does come with a dual interface, one for “home” and one for “business”, which I think is a first for all cellphones, although I doubt that it’s anything more than a re-arrangement of the shortcuts, it’s still a nice feature.
In terms of interface, it’s a regular slide phone with more or less the same keys as the ones we currently have in the market, but the main difference is that this one has a “click wheel” similar (or identical) to the ones found on the iPods.
