With the Joker it's all about the eyes and the smile. He has to look completely insane. This guy is a good actor so I'm hopeful. As for the makeup - it's good however again I would loose the scars on the cheek and maybe increase the amount of lipstick used so he has bit of a permanent smile. You need to see him acting.
