Laura Dern has made appearances in the first and third (in a cameo) installments of the Jurassic Park series, but she hasn’t been around any Dinosaurs since the initial film…but that might be changing, as she is now claiming that she has been contacted to appear in Jurassic Park 4 by Speilberg himself, according to those bastards at Dark Horizons (I’m still not over the April Fools stuff).
Also, I just stumbled across the trailer for Species: Quattro. Now, when I hear the word “Quattro” I expect to see four blades and get an extremely smooth shave, but apparently, the folks at the Sci-Fi Channel decided that “4″ just wasn’t intense enough, and that they needed to “up the ante” by throwing Spanish at us in the title of this latest Species installment. You may also notice a member of the NX-01 Enterprise crew lurking about there in the trailer…in what I would imagine will be the first of many Sci-Fi channel Original appearances…
