Since they are already leading in terms of flash memory, cellphones, and other hardware, I guess that the next step to take is to improve the current technologies by making them either cooler, more efficient and silent.
This new HDD from Samsung is far from stunning, in terms of capacity, because the two models available will have 80 or 160gb of capacity. On the bright side, they will only produce from 24 to 32 decibels. They also have 8mb of cache and spin at 7200rpm which means that this hard drive isn’t too bad for all those PC (or Console) gamers out there.
