Just like Sony accidentally (or not) unveiled their new laptop designs, Acer has purposely unveiled their new Gemstone design. Overall, it looks pretty nice, with nice and curvy lines, and Dolby-Surround certification (which is a first for laptops).
Every company has to improve in one aspect or the other. In Acer’s case, I think that their customers would appreciate it more if their laptops became more reliable. And their customer service could also use some improvements.
