According to some data gathered by an analyst called Ben Reitzes, the sales of the Apple notebooks has seen a growth of sales of 62% year over year during the month of April, which include a spike of 94% increase of sales due to the Macbook’s and Macbook Pro’s momentum.

The iPod on the other hand, failed to sell as many units as last year, by 3%. But considering that the iPhone’s release is less than a month away, and that the current iPod will soon be renewed, I think that those numbers are still quite impressive.
