The search box seems wrong on my machine (Linux, Firefox 1.5), the “Search” button is a little lower than the rest of the search box, but that might be me not updating. Other than that, it looks perfect.
Hi halcy, that’s an issue that Linux/FF has… Windows/FF doesn’t have it… so we are not 100% sure how to correct that specific issue.

OSX/FF has that same issue as well. :)
It has to do with the way that each Operative System renders the inputs. The easiest way I know to fix the issue is to make the image a link, instead of an input, pointing to a JavaScript that will submit the query.
Nice improvements. Though, in Safari the names of comments still appear under the comment numbers.
