In Soviet Russia, Winnie Poohs You!
This is an interesting piece of animation for cartoon geeks, I think. It’s a Russian version of Winnie the Pooh. You can tell that it’s a familiar Winnie the Pooh story (the one where he gets stuck in Rabbit’s door) but it’s completely Russian, including character designs and style.

I’m not making fun of it. I think it’s very interesting. I would like to see a translated version of it…and more cartoons like it. I think it’s fascinating to see different versions of popular characters throughout different societies.
