TV Jab has just posted the Sci-Fi Channel’s summer premiere schedule. This looks to be the biggest year yet for Sci-Fi, and I’m really glad to see the channel having success with original programming.

New Series’

• Destination Truth - Wednesday, June 6 – 10/9c
• Derren Brown Project (Title TBD) – Wednesday, July 25 – 10/9c
• Flash Gordon – Friday, August 10

Returning Series’

• Ghost Hunters - Wednesday, June 6 – 9/8c
• Doctor Who - Friday, July 6 – 9/8c
• Eureka – Tuesday, July 10
• Who Wants to be a Superhero? – Wednesday, July 25 – 9/8c

I am extremely pumped for the new Flash Gordon series (and I hope you are too, because I’m going to be covering the hell out of it), and Doctor Who is one of – if not THE – best sci-fi shows in history (even though the season 3 Dalek 2 parter was kinda lame), and I’m glad to see Sci-Fi getting to the 3rd season quickly. It’s hard being a Doctor Who fan in the US. Flying to London every Sat. can get expensive….
