With Summer closer than ever, now is a great time to introduce some water-fun gadgets. Although I don’t see much of a need for a water-proof flash-card, I can think of one or two occasions when having water-proof memory might be helpful.
So the next time your cellphone falls in the toilet, don’t throw it away if you have one of these Buffalo flash cards.

My SD card has already been through the washing machine twice. Still works!
to echo Steve’s comment, I’ve run 2 lexar jumpdrives through the washer and dryer (unintentionally) and still use them today. Hope there is more to this than Buffalo just trying to tack a few more bucks onto the retail price…
